Why buy Garantie+ 4 years
Garantie+ extends the manufacturer warranty of your Brother device (2 years) to 4 years in total. Throughout this period, in case of failure, Brother arranges the pickup of the device, the repair at a Brother service center with genuine parts and the return: shipping both ways, parts and labor are included. You know your maintenance cost in advance for the whole life of the device.
3, 4 or 5 years?
The ZWOS04045 covers 4 years in total (manufacturer warranty included). For the same range, Brother also offers: ZWOS03057 (3 years), ZWOS05061 (5 years). Choose the duration according to how long the device will stay in service: 3 years for equipment renewed often, 5 years for an investment you want to secure to the end.

The ZWOS04045 applies to the following 14 Brother models (Brother France list, June 2026):
- ADS-1300, ADS-1800W, ADS-4100, ADS-4300N, ADS-4550W, ADS-4700W, ADS-4900W
- DS-640, DS-640e, DS-740D, DS-740De, DS-940DW, DS-940DWe
- FAX-2845
One pack per device; the pack must match the device range. Check the exact reference before ordering.
Duration and start
Coverage runs for 4 years from the device purchase date (manufacturer warranty included). The pack is bought with the device or within 12 months of its purchase, and must be registered with Brother with the serial number to be activated.
How to activate it
After purchase, you receive the Garantie+ certificate with its reference. Register the pack and the device serial number on the Brother website (service registration area) and keep the confirmation. In case of failure, contact Brother support with the serial number: the service is provided according to the pack level.
Usage and advice
Garantie+ is meant for professionals whose device is essential every day: a workstation, a small office or intensive personal use. The workshop formula suits when a few days of downtime are acceptable; Brother covers the shipping costs.
Advice: register the pack as soon as you receive it, keep the device invoice (the purchase date is the reference), and note the serial number on the certificate. Consumables, wear parts and damage due to misuse are not covered.
