Why choose the Secure Print+ Fonction+
Secure Print+ is a Brother Fonction+: the function releases print jobs when the user identifies with an NFC card on the device; an NFC card reader is supplied. It is added to a compatible Brother device already in service, without extra hardware (the NFC reader is included), and is managed from the device administration interface. Fonctions+ address the print security, document productivity and support needs of SMBs and IT departments.

The Secure Print+ Fonction+ activates on the following 24 Brother models (Brother France catalog, June 2026):

Activation
After purchase you receive the license code by email. It is activated on the device with its serial number, from the web administration interface or the Brother management tool; the function is then available on the device screen or in the driver. No physical shipment: delivery is electronic.
Usage and advice
The Secure Print+ Fonction+ is for companies that want more from their Brother fleet without replacing it: secure printing by nfc badge on the printer. Tips: note the device serial number before buying, keep the license code with the invoice, and check that the device is up to date. A license is tied to one device and cannot be transferred.
