Installation
Tool-free replacement: open the cover, remove the used cartridge, take the new one out of its bag, rock it gently to distribute the toner, remove the protections, then insert until it clicks. The printer recognizes the cartridge. The used cartridge is recycled through the manufacturer's take-back program or your local collection.
Use and tips
Order the 58D2U00 at the "Low" alert: the printer keeps printing until the replace message, but a cartridge in reserve avoids stopping at the wrong moment.
Store the cartridge in its packaging, flat, away from light and humidity, and unpack it only when installing. Genuine cartridges preserve the printer's warranty.
