The 407637 is a genuine Ricoh toner, in the high yield version. Type SPC310 or Type SPC310: which capacity?
The 407637 is the high yield version (6,000 pages) of the 407641 (2,500 pages): same cartridge, same printers, more toner. Above a few dozen pages a month it is the most economical choice per page.

Page yield
6,000 pages (manufacturer data, about 5% coverage). Graphics or photo-heavy pages reduce the actual yield. The cost per page shown next to the price is calculated from the current price and this yield.
Installation
Tool-free replacement: open the cover, remove the used cartridge, take the new one out of its bag, rock it gently to distribute the toner, remove the protections, then insert until it clicks. The printer recognizes the cartridge. The used cartridge is recycled through the manufacturer's take-back program or your local collection.
Use and tips
The 407637 suits intensive or shared use: the cartridge (6,000 pages) lasts about a year and a half at 300 pages per month and about 6 months at 1,000 pages per month.
Store the cartridge in its packaging, flat, away from light and humidity, and unpack it only when installing. At the "Low" alert, order: the printer keeps printing until the replace message. Genuine cartridges preserve the printer's warranty.
