Why choose the genuine HP 201X toner pack
The CF253XM is the high yield tri-color cartridge of the HP 201 series. All-in-one cartridge: toner, imaging drum and developer are replaced together, so print quality is like new at every change, with no separate drum to replace. Genuine HP toner with JetIntelligence: smart level tracking, anti-fraud technology and maximized yield. Colors stay consistent from one cartridge to the next.

Page yield
2,300 pages per color per ISO/IEC 19798 (5% coverage per color, letter-type documents). Graphics or photo-heavy pages reduce the actual yield. The cost per page shown next to the price is calculated from the current price and this yield.
Installation and maintenance
Tool-free replacement: open the cover, remove the used cartridge, take the new one out of its bag, rock it gently to distribute the toner, pull the protective tab if present, then insert until it clicks. The printer recognizes the cartridge and resets the counter. Used HP cartridges are returned free of charge through HP Planet Partners.
Use and tips
The CF253XM suits regular office use: each cartridge (2,300 pages) lasts about 8 months at 300 pages per month and about 2 months at 1,000 pages per month.
Store the cartridge in its packaging, flat, away from light and humidity, and unpack it only when installing. At the "Low" alert, order: the printer keeps printing until "Very low" then "Replace". The driver's EconoMode extends life for drafts. Genuine cartridges preserve the printer's HP warranty.
