Why choose the Request Help Fonction+
Request Help is a Brother Fonction+: the function lets the user raise a support request from the touchscreen, sent to the IT department or service provider. It is added to a compatible Brother device already in service, without extra hardware, and is managed from the device administration interface. Fonctions+ address the print security, document productivity and support needs of SMBs and IT departments.
Devices compatible with the ZBR8LSRHS001 license
The Request Help Fonction+ activates on the following 23 Brother models (Brother France catalog, June 2026):

Activation
After purchase you receive the license code by email. It is activated on the device with its serial number, from the web administration interface or the Brother management tool; the function is then available on the device screen or in the driver. No physical shipment: delivery is electronic.
Usage and advice
The Request Help Fonction+ is for companies that want more from their Brother fleet without replacing it: service request from the device screen. Tips: note the device serial number before buying, keep the license code with the invoice, and check that the device is up to date. A license is tied to one device and cannot be transferred.
