Why buy the On-Site Service Pack
TJ industrial printers are heavy and integrated into a production line or a shipping station: removing them for a workshop return costs time. With the On-Site pack, a Brother-approved technician comes to your premises within 5 business days of the failure report, diagnoses and repairs on the spot with genuine parts; travel, parts and labor are included for 1 year.
1 or 3 years, on-site or replacement?
The 1-year On-Site pack (ZWPS60102) complements a machine already in service or serves as a first year; the 3-year pack (ZWPS60103) covers the usual life of an investment. The ZWPS60102 pack applies to the following 9 Brother TJ models:
- TJ-4021TN, TJ-4120TN, TJ-4121TN, TJ-4420TN, TJ-4422TN, TJ-4520TN, TJ-4522TN, TJ-6421TN, TJ-6521TN
One pack per device; the pack must be registered with the serial number. Check the exact reference before ordering.
Duration and start
The pack covers the device for 1 year from its registration (or from the device purchase date if bought together). It must be registered with Brother to be activated.
How to activate it
After purchase, you receive the pack certificate with its reference. Register the pack and the device serial number on the Brother website (service registration area) and keep the confirmation. In case of failure, contact Brother support: the on-site visit is scheduled within 5 business days.
Usage and advice
Service packs are meant for mobile and label printers used on delivery rounds, in warehouses or at points of sale, where a failure stops an activity. The Standard pack is enough when a spare device exists; the Advanced pack (same-day replacement) is the choice when each device is unique at its post.
Advice: register the pack as soon as you receive it with the serial number, keep the device invoice (the purchase date is the reference) and keep the certificate. Consumables, wear parts (printheads, rollers, batteries) and damage due to misuse are not covered.
